The short version

These terms apply when you visit https://gildcase.com or buy from us. The store is run by Shull Technologies LLC, trading as Gildcase. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy policy, our Shipping policy and our Refund policy.

Using the store

  • You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, or have a parent's or guardian's permission.
  • Don't use the store for anything illegal, to break its security, or to copy its content.
  • We can refuse service or close access if these terms are broken.

Our products

  • Gildcase cases are metal with a printed design. Each print can vary slightly from the photos, and colors can look different on your screen.
  • Sizes and descriptions on the product page are approximate.
  • Designs can sell out or be retired. We may change or stop a product at any time.

Prices and orders

  • All prices are in US dollars unless your checkout shows another currency.
  • Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if a product is out of stock, if a price was shown in error, or if we suspect fraud.
  • We may limit quantities per order.
  • Discount codes can't be combined unless the offer says so, and they have no cash value.

Payment

Payments are processed by our payment providers. You confirm that you are allowed to use the payment method you choose.

Shipping and delivery

Orders ship from our international fulfilment partner. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Our Shipping policy gives the full times and holiday cutoffs.

Returns and refunds

Our 30-day money-back guarantee is explained in full in our Refund policy.

Gift cards

Gift cards can only be used in this store, can't be exchanged for cash, and are not refundable, except where the law requires it.

Our content

All text, images, logos and designs on this store belong to Shull Technologies LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.

Reviews and messages

If you send us a review, photo or comment, you let us show it on our store and social channels. Please don't send anything false, offensive or that belongs to someone else.

Our responsibility

We sell our products "as is", apart from the promises in our Refund policy and any rights you have by law. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unexpected losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, unless the consumer law of your own country gives you other rights.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Orders placed before a change follow the terms in place when you ordered.
